Top 10 Richest Journalists in Ghana

Ghana or the Republic of Ghana is an independent country in west Africa. It has a population of around 31 million people and is also the second-most populous country in West Africa. It is a country with a different number of linguistic and religious groups. Ghana has the highest GDP per capita income in West Africa and is also one of the fastest-growing economies in the world. According to reports, more than 40% of the worker’s labor in journalism earn less than the average income than the others in the other countries. So journalism in such a diverse country is not an easy job to do but here is the list of ten journalists who earned huge money from it.

No.1 Kwami Sefa Kayi

Kwami Sefa Kayi is a broadcast journalist and public speaker born on 20 June 1970 and is the current host of Peace FM’s popular morning show “Kokrokoo” He is also widely known as the chairman General of Ghanaian media. He completed his secondary school education at Okuapeman Secondary School and gained a master’s degree in Conflict, peace, and security. He was awarded the Personality of the Decade award from RTP. He is also the owner of the Kokrokoo foundation who works for the improvement of the mortality rate of children in Ghana.

Kweku Baako Jnr is the editor in chief of the famous local newspaper New Crusading Guide and a journalist of Ghana. he is also the owner and founder of NewCrusading Guide. He hosts the weekly morning show which is a current affairs show of Peace FM. He was awarded the Journalist of the Year award by the Ghana Journalist Association in 1999 and he was also selected as the 39th most influential person in the Gnana country.

She started his career as an anchor from TV3 where she hosted and presented many popular shows like The Divas Show until she resigned from the TV3 due to unknown reasons. She is currently a member of the Women’s Premier League committee in Ghana and a supporter of Manchester United. She completed his studies at Harvard University and Ghana National College.
